Can you work with our company budget?
Yes. We work with a wide range of budgets and will always present options that fit your spend. Share your target number when you inquire and we will build a plan around it.
How far in advance should we book?
For events under 100 guests, 4 to 6 weeks is ideal. For large-scale events or galas, we recommend 8 to 12 weeks. We can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
Do you handle virtual or hybrid events?
We specialize in in-person events but can coordinate AV and streaming vendors for hybrid formats. Reach out to discuss your specific setup and we will let you know what is possible.
Can you match our company branding?
Absolutely. Send us your brand guidelines and we will incorporate your colors, fonts, and logo into all custom stationery, signage, and decor elements.
Do you work outside of Oklahoma?
We are based in OKC and primarily serve Oklahoma and Kansas. For events in other states, we offer remote coordination and can connect you with trusted local vendors in your area.
Is there a minimum event size?
No minimum. We have planned intimate 10-person client dinners and 600-person galas. The planning process scales to fit your event.
