Can I upgrade my package after I purchase?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time by paying the difference in price. Just message your coordinator or email us at [email protected] and we will handle the switch right away.
What if my event is coming up soon?
We accept clients with events as close as 3 weeks out. The more lead time, the better, but we have pulled off great events on short notice. Book a free intro call and we will be honest about what we can accomplish in your timeline.
Do you work outside OKC?
Yes. We plan events in OKC, Wichita, Tulsa, Dallas, and beyond. Our remote coordination model means we can work with clients anywhere in the US. We have local vendor networks in OKC and Wichita and can build one anywhere else.
What is the difference between messaging support and phone support?
All packages include messaging with your coordinator through your portal. The Married and Honeymoon packages add phone support on the day of your event, where your coordinator is reachable by call or text in real time while your event is happening.
Is the wedding website really free with a package?
Yes. All four planning packages include a full wedding website at no extra charge. That includes RSVP management, registry links, guest photo wall, and a custom URL. Custom domain registration is an optional add-on at $19 per year.
What does vendor outreach actually look like?
We contact vendors on your behalf based on your style quiz, budget, and event type. We collect quotes, check availability, and present your top options inside the portal. You review and approve. We handle all follow-up communication until contracts are signed.
Can I add on an on-site coordinator?
Yes. On-site coordination is available as an add-on to any package. Pricing depends on your event location, size, and date. Ask your coordinator for a quote after booking.
What if I only need the portal tools and not coordination?
The Dating package at $49 is built for exactly that. You get full portal access, the timeline builder, registry setup, wedding website, and messaging support, with no vendor coordination included. It is a great starting point if you want to manage your own planning.
