Is there a limit to how many people I can refer? +
No limit. Refer as many friends as you like. Every booking through your link or direct referral earns you a $25 credit. Credits accumulate and can be used on any future order or service with The Details.
How do I redeem my credit? +
Credits are applied to your account automatically. When you place your next order or book a service, the credit is applied at checkout. If you do not have an account yet, we will create one when your first credit posts.
What counts as a booking? +
Any paid planning package, stationery suite order, or service booking made through your referral link counts. Free consultations and inquiry submissions do not trigger the credit until a paid booking is made.
Does my friend get anything? +
Yes. Friends who book through a referral link receive a welcome note from The Details and a 5% discount on their first order. It is a win for both of you.
