SMS Messaging and Notifications

When you book a consultation or service through The Details, you will be given the option to receive transactional SMS messages from The Details (operated by Logic Group LLC). By checking the SMS consent checkbox on the consultation or booking form, you agree to receive booking confirmations, event reminders, coordinator updates, and contract signing notifications via text message from The Details.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using any part of the The Details Events website at thedetailsevents.us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or place an order. We may update these terms at any time and will post the revised version with a new effective date.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

All products sold through The Details Events are custom made and personalized to your specifications. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on personalized orders once production has begun. Please review your digital proof carefully before approving it for production.

This policy applies to all physical products including but not limited to custom napkins, signage, menus, place cards, koozies, and any other items produced with your custom details, names, dates, or artwork.

Order Approval Process

After placing your order, our design team will prepare a digital proof and send it to you for review. Production will not begin until you have reviewed and approved the proof in writing. By submitting your approval, you confirm that all spelling, dates, names, and design details are correct. The Details Events is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

If you need changes after reviewing your proof, you may request up to two rounds of revisions at no additional charge. Additional revision rounds may incur a design fee.

Intellectual Property

All original designs, templates, layouts, and creative work produced by The Details Events remain the intellectual property of The Details Events. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without written permission.

Any text, photos, logos, or other content you submit to us for use in your order remains your property. By submitting content to us, you grant The Details Events a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Payment Terms

Payment is collected in full at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be added for orders shipped to Oklahoma.

If a payment is declined or reversed, your order will be placed on hold until the balance is resolved. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is not received in full.

Limitation of Liability

The Details Events is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Products are intended for personal and event use only. We make no warranties beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from your use of our services or these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
