Shipping and Production

Have a firm event date? We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance to allow time for production, proof approval, and shipping. If your date is approaching, reach out before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.

Production Time

All products at The Details Events are made to order. After you approve your digital proof, production begins. Standard production time is 5 to 10 business days depending on the product type and current order volume. Production time does not include shipping transit time.

Production does not begin until your proof is approved. Orders where proof approval is delayed will have their production timeline shifted accordingly. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know at the time of purchase.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship via USPS or UPS depending on the dimensions and weight of your order. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, The Details Events ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping. If you have an inquiry about shipping to a US territory, please contact us before placing your order.

Digital Products

Digital products such as digital invitations, printable files, or digital add-ons are delivered by email. You can expect to receive your digital files within 24 hours of proof approval, often sooner. Digital products do not ship physically and are not subject to shipping fees.

Rush Orders

Rush production may be available depending on your timeline and our current capacity. Please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order to confirm availability and any applicable rush fees. Do not place a standard order and expect rush timing without prior confirmation.

Carrier Delays

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping timeframes are managed by the carrier. The Details Events is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will help track it down.
