After you submit your event details, our team contacts vendors in each category you selected. We provide them your event date, guest count, and budget range. They respond with availability and pricing. We compile everything into a clean shortlist and send it to you within 48 hours. You review the options and we help you book whoever you choose.

That is completely fine. When you fill out the planning form you simply select only the vendor categories you need quotes for. We reach out on your behalf for just those. The Dating plan covers as many or as few categories as you select.

One-time fee per event. No subscriptions, no monthly charges, no surprise renewals. You pay once and we plan your event. Simple.

Yes. If you start with Dating and decide you want full coordination, you can upgrade to Engaged, Married, or Honeymoon at any point. Just message your coordinator or contact us and we will apply the difference toward your new plan.

Planning calls are 30 to 45 minutes with your assigned coordinator. We cover your event vision, budget, must-have vendors, timeline, and any special details or concerns. By the end of each call you will know exactly what we are working on next and what to expect. Married and Honeymoon plans include multiple calls across the planning process.

You are always free to contact vendors directly. On the Dating plan you receive vendor contact info and quotes and can book on your own. On Engaged and above we handle the coordination on your behalf, which saves you the time and hassle of managing multiple vendor relationships at once.

If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and we have not begun vendor outreach, you are eligible for a full refund. After outreach has begun, we do not issue refunds since work has already been performed on your behalf. Please see our full cancellation policy for details.
